Savvier's "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy allows our customers to evaluate their purchases for up to 30 days. If our customers are not completely satisfied during this evaluation period, they can return their purchase to receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges.
Depending upon the product ordered, customers may need to call to receive a return authorization number before returning a product for a refund. Refer to the packing slip or information received with the shipment regarding details on return authorization requirements and the return shipment address. To receive a return authorization number or for questions on returns contact 1-800-901-6157.
In order to receive a refund, customers must return the product to our customer service center at their expense with appropriate shipment insurance. Customers should also include their name, address and phone number to ensure the refund is applied correctly. Customers are also encouraged to include a note with a brief reason for the return, although this is not required to receive a refund.
Flirty Girl customers must return all components that were originally shipped. Customers are encouraged to try all the product during the evaluation period.
Savvier's customer service center will issue a refund (either by credit card refund or by mailing a refund check) within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise, as long as the return qualifies for a refund in accordance with the conditions specified in this Satisfaction Guarantee. If the returned merchandise does not qualify for a refund or is incomplete, then Savvier's customer service center will attempt to notify the customer of what additional steps must be taken in order to qualify for a refund.
In the event a product is damaged during shipment to the customer, Savvier will ship a replacement at no additional charge, provided the customer notifies Savvier's customer service center of the damaged shipment within 5 business days of receiving it.
The above 30 day "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy also applies to product received through an automatic ongoing shipment program. Customers who have enrolled in an automatic ongoing shipments program (such as FAB Program dvd shipments) may cancel all future shipments at any time after the first FAB shipment by calling Savvier's customer service center at 1-800-901-6157. In the event you return the first shipment, then you must also return the FAB signup merchandise in order to receive a refund.
To receive a refund on a shipment made prior to cancellation, simply follow the above procedures regarding returning the product, as mentioned earlier in this Satisfaction Guarantee.
Instructors enrolled in the FAB Program automatically remain as authorized Flirty Girl instructors, and the FAB Program satisfies their ongoing continuing education as a Flirty Girl instructor (and there is no need to attend subsequent Flirtification session to maintain their status as an authorized instructor).
In the event an instructor cancels the FAB Program, then the instructor will need to attend and complete a Flirtification session or the at home Flirtification course within one year of cancelling the FAB Program (based upon the last FAB Program shipment date). Failure to satisfy one of these Flirtification requirements within one year will end the Flirty Girl instructor’s authorization status and such instructor is no longer authorized to teach Flirty Girl programs, utilize Flirty Girl trademarks and Flirty Girl intellectual property. An instructor’s authorization status can be re-instated at any time thereafter by attending a Flirtification session or completing the at home Flirtification course.
If a customer desires replacement parts or components after 30 days, these can be purchased individually on our website http://www.flirtification.com or by calling our customer service center at 1-800-901-6157.
You may cancel up to 14 days prior to your event for a refund. Cancellations within 14 days of an event cannot be refunded. If it is 14 days or less from your scheduled event and you are unable to attend, then, subject to event availability, you are eligible for an exchange for another scheduled event that is occurring within one year of your originally scheduled event. Failure to reschedule within this one year time period is a forfeiture of your exchange rights. Once a Flirtification event has been attended, no refund can be issued.
In order to receive a refund for an At Home Kit, contact 1-800-464-7309 for a return authorization number. You can receive a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling, provided the kit is returned with all components unopened in their original packaging. Follow the above procedures, as mentioned earlier in this Satisfaction Guarantee, when returning the product.
