Rose Zahnn is the Founder of Healthy Habits Fitness, Yoga and Pilates Studios in Sacramento, California. A UCLA graduate and full-time fitness professional for over 20 years, Rose holds a variety of certifications including ACE and AFAA. She is a Master Trainer (Ultimate Flirty Girl) for Flirty Girl Fitness, and a Master Trainer for Balletone. Rose is the creator of PilatesFit, Dancelicious and the Learn to Be Lean Program, and is an international presenter. Rose also shares her expertise in workout videos, magazines, newspapers and television, to educate and motivate others to lead a healthier lifestyle.
